Kevin Dundon
Kevin was executive chef at Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel before opening Dunbrody House, his country house hotel and cookery school in County Wexford. You may know him from BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen, RTÉ’s The Afternoon Show and his cookbooks, starting with Full on Irish.

No. Every lesson is open as soon as you enrol, so you can cook along at your own pace and skip to the dishes you want.
